Bella Labradors, LLC
"Bella Labradors" was established in June of 2005 by Gabriele Cheatham
and her daughter, Michelle, and is located in Elizabeth, Colorado.
Future plans for Bella Labradors - we hope to produce some excellent lines
for the field as well as for the show ring in the near future.
About Us
All of our lives we have had dogs, cats and other little creatures in our
house but it was not until we purchased our own field dog did we become
involved in the world of training dogs, running hunt tests and becoming
really active in the world of working retrievers. It is amazing to see the
abilities and the endurance these dogs have, but what is most important is
the loyalty these dogs have to please their owners.
We have grown from one to four dogs in the past year, 2 field dogs and
one we hope will be seen both in the show ring and also in the field. In the
past year we have accomplished 3 Junior AKC Hunt titles, one NAHRA
(North American Hunting Retriever Association) Started Retriever title a and
couple of ribbons in the show ring.
News from the field Roxi received her first Senior leg.
In the show ring, Echo placed Best in Sweeps in New Mexico on November
1, 2008. She also received 2 1st place ribbons in Sweeps as well as 1st
and 2nd in her Regular Class. She was handled by our friend Terri Saurber
also from Colorado. Thanks Terri!
